Scanning the PC for video files
Nokia Video Manager allows you to scan your PC for video files. The video files found are shown in the Scan results view.
To scan your PC for video files:

Open Nokia Video Manager.

To begin scanning, do one of the following:

In the main menu, select Tools > Scan PC for videos.

In the view selector menu, select either My video collection or Scan results, and click the Scan PC for videos
button.
Nokia Video Manager then scans the contents of the Scanning root folder defined in Settings. All the video files found are listed in the Scan results view, and the list will be accessible in Nokia Video Manager from then on (unless you want to change it).
To stop scanning, do one of the following:

In the main menu, select Tools > Stop scanning.

Click
button on the bottom side of the window.

Click
button next to the scan progress bar.
The video files found will always be accessible in the Scan results view.
Note:
In the Scan results view, Nokia Video Manager only lists the supported video formats.
