Creating a folder

In addition to the four default folders (Inbox, Outbox, Drafts, and Sent), which cannot be renamed or deleted, you can create your own personal folders depending on the device model you are using.


To be able to create a folder, your device must be connected to the PC.

To create a folder, do the following:

  1. Under Message Folders, click Add new folder.

  2. When a new folder appears in the folder list, type a name for the folder, and press Enter.


A notification is displayed if there is already a folder with the same name or the folder name contains invalid characters. Enter a new name and try again.
