Nokia Phone Browser overview
With Nokia Phone Browser you can manage the contents of your phone’s folders through Windows Explorer.
The Phone Browser consists of phone folders for each individual phone that has been connected to the PC. Phone subfolders show the applicable folders whenever a phone is connected to the PC. In addition to the phone memory, a memory card and mass memory are shown as phone subfolders if they are available in the phone. Note that not all phone models support memory cards or mass memories.
You can manage your mobile phone in Windows Explorer as a Windows Portable Device or with Nokia Phone Browser, depending on the operating system and Microsoft software installed on your PC. For more information on Windows Portable Devices, see Windows Portable Devices overview.
To create a connection between your PC and the phone, see Connectivity overview.
