Customising the list view
You can customise the calendar list view to display the columns of information that are most relevant for you. You can hide and display columns, as well as rearrange and resize them. To go to the list view, click the corresponding button next to the Search box in the upper part of the Calendar view.
To select which columns are to be shown, do the following:

Click View > Customise View.

From the list of columns available, select the columns you want to be displayed in the view.

Click OK.
To rearrange the columns in the list view, do the following:

Select the header of a column that you want to move to a new location.

Drag the column to the desired location.
To resize the columns in the list view, do the following:

Place your mouse pointer on the divider line between columns in the column heading row.

Drag the double-headed arrow to widen or narrow the column.
