Viewing a restoration or import report
The report shows detailed information about the latest operation, including information about possible errors.
The following information is listed:

The name of the backup file and its location on the PC.

The date and time of the backup file.

The phone model from which the backup file was made.

The content types included in the backup file.

For user files, the size of backed up files and the location of the files on the phone.

For other content types, the number of items that were imported to your phone.

Information about possible errors.
To save the report to a text file on your PC’s desktop, click Save.
To exit without saving the report, click Close.
If errors occurred, click Start again if you want to restart the operation.
